I'm a mixed-methods research leader with a background in learning design, agile facilitation, marketing insights and remote-first growth UX research.
I've created innovative solutions that grow products and international businesses. With experience in global tech, enterprise SaaS, and consulting firms, I have supported research teams from seedling, to startup, to scale-up. My expertise in qualitative research facilitation make me a valuable asset to any team.
As a co-active leadership coach, I bring a unique perspective to every project. I coach cross-functional leaders in navigating through complexity, fostering collaboration, and learning flexible leadership styles... a great recipe for reaching powerful research outcomes regardless of constraints and challenges.
I've also founded and co-founded several successful businesses in inclusive design, burnout prevention, and queer-in-tech event curation. With each venture, I leverage my unique ability to empathize with an audience and build solutions directly tailored to solve their needs.
And outside of work, you ask?
I'm the proud mom of a bluenose pitbull who is living his best life trotting the globe. Together with my music-producer partner, we've lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin and Rotterdam. I have a soft spot for dystopian sci-fi novels and B-rated 90s horror movies. You might catch me behind the turn tables playing underground dub tech or a splash of romantic house.
